“Atavismo solariego” para mí, significa un retorno de cualidades y características de naturaleza noble y antigua, que han estado latentes en la sangre. Características que quizás vivían en generaciones pasadas, pero que ahora ya casi no son visibles. Con este álbum trato de captar una memoria solariega, un ideal hispano, solar y occidental. Es un intento para volver a encender una percepción más allá del tiempo, que muchas veces siento en la sangre, y que me lleva indudablemente al sur de Europa, la cuna de mi conciencia, y de mi raza.

I realize that neo-folk isn’t exactly one of those genres where people get excited about new releases, but this album is some legitimately good stuff. Dark and brooding and just a little bit heavy, this is something that both folk music lovers and metalheads can enjoy equally. Kirk Gauthier

On ne frappe pas un homme à terre : c'est ce que dit la règle mais NONE a déjà prouvé qu'il ne les suivait pas et si son album éponyme retirait toute perspective de béatitude spirituelle, Life has gone on long enough, son deuxième opus, nous interdit l'accès au bonheur terrestre. La vie n'a aucune substance et la production plus distante le confirme. Le DSBM s'empare de textures sonores blues, mettant en relief une dépression urbaine.
